Yes, you can pay COD upon receiving parcel to Abang NinjaVan via PAYNOW. Driver normally will call or whatsapp before coming. In case you are not available at home, you may deal with driver to request for PAYNOW detail, scan & pay. They will leave the item safely at your place.
Yes, if the delivered item is damaged or broken due to manufacturing defect or handling issue during delivery process, we can help to exchange to new item. Please WhatsApp our Admin immediately within 48 hours upon receiving your parcel. It is advisable for you to record video while unboxing the package to ease claim process, if any.
Online payment will take 2 – 3 days for delivery. Payment by COD takes 3 – 5 days for delivery.
